From time to time, our Kiosks may need to be relocated within a venue or have alterations or improvement works carried out on them. The Operations team will work alongside the Venues team and client to carry out these requests.
The Operations team carry out all the required periodic electrical testing on all Kiosks.
As part of the day to day activities, the team will plan and carry out routine and essential maintenance of the Kiosks.
Routine and deep-cleaning of all Kiosks within the portfolio will be carried out.
After the Installation of a Kiosk, the Operations team is then responsible for its ongoing upkeep and safe functioning.
One of the key responsibilities of the Operations team is the installation of all Kiosks across our portfolio.
