BACKGROUND
- Just Bee is a growing D2C vitamin honey retailer based in Manchester, producing a wide range of honey with various flavours and health benefits
- Just Bee source all their honey and ingredients from sustainable sources including the Volition Community Beekeepers at Manchester Cathedral
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
- Expand sales channels and become less reliant on online sales and promotions
- Grow customer base in key UK areas including London and Sheffield
EXECUTION
- Work with SpaceandPeople to bring their online retail offer to the physical retail market using Rock Up and Pop Up including experiential sampling of products
- After a successful 4 week trial at The Trafford Centre, open 3 new retail pop-up outlets at Westfield London, The Trafford Centre and Meadowhall
RESULTS
- Just Bee have now operated 3 successful pop-ups within Westfield London, The Trafford Centre and Meadowhall and will be opening 2 new locations within Newcastle and Kent during the first half of 2024
- Continual growth in sales across all 3 venues with a 39% increase in sales from Oct-Nov 2023 and 29% increase in sales from Nov-Dec at The Trafford Centre
- 10,000 new customers gained since physical retail launch with the product being sampled by 20,000 people
- Many of these new customers signed up to the Just Bee newsletter and have since become long-term, repeat online customers
