- What are the benefits of using your kiosks?
Using one of our kiosks is the quickest way to retail.ย We work closely with the management of venues to create high footfallย sites suitable for retail activity. Due to this relationship, we understand what venues are looking for and what kind of kiosks would suit their designated spaces.
Our highly experienced Operations Team can install a kiosk into your selected venue. With a short turnaround time, they canย customise your kioskย to suitย your retail needs. They will also remove the kiosk at the end of your retail lease.
Our integrated kiosk service will allow you to test new products in a low-risk environment. In addition, the flexibility of our short-term leases can give you the confidence you need to get started with kiosk retailing!

- Do I have to use your full service or can I select specific elements such mall space booking?
Pop Retail offers a flexible service for you toย choose the elements you require. We have in-house specialists to book mall space, install kiosks, provide merchandising support and help with the relevant paperwork you require to retail within a UK shopping centre.
We also offer a staffing service to find the right people for you. In addition weย canย install a point of sale system for your kiosk so all you have to do is arrange for delivery of your products to the venue before your trading period begins.
- What insurances and documentation do we require?
Generally, ยฃ5m public liability insurance is required.ย However, certain venues or events may require ยฃ10m. We require the following documents:
- Risk assessment,
- Method statement,
- Proof of insurance,
- Photographic ID,
- Proof of address and
- Right to work in the UK evidence.
Please contact us if you need help with any of these. The average cost ofย PLI is ยฃ118 a year, or ยฃ14.30 a month for aย small business.
- Are there any additional costs / business rates?
Power usage is generally included in the rent, however excessive requirements may result in an additional charge.
Should access to water and drainage be required an additional charge is likely. If this is applicable, you can discuss this withย your Account Manager.
You may be liable for business rates depending on the rateable value of your space and the size of your business.
