    The cost to retail in a shopping centre varies depending on the retail set-up (whether you are using a Rock Up and Pop Up kiosk or have your own kiosk). The other factors that influence the cost are

  • What are the benefits of using your kiosks?

  • Do I have to use your full service or can I select specific elements such mall space booking?

    Pop Retail offers a flexible service for you to choose the elements you require. We have in-house specialists to book mall space, install kiosks, provide merchandising support and help with the relevant paperwork you require to retail within a UK shopping centre.

    We also offer a staffing service to find the right people for you. In addition we can install a point of sale system for your kiosk so all you have to do is arrange for delivery of your products to the venue before your trading period begins.

  • What insurances and documentation do we require?

    Generally, £5m public liability insurance is required. However, certain venues or events may require £10m. We require the following documents:

    1. Risk assessment,
    2. Method statement,
    3. Proof of insurance,
    4. Photographic ID,
    5. Proof of address and
    6. Right to work in the UK evidence.

    Please contact us if you need help with any of these. The average cost of PLI is £118 a year, or £14.30 a month for a small business.

  • Are there any additional costs / business rates?

    Power usage is generally included in the rent, however excessive requirements may result in an additional charge.

    Should access to water and drainage be required an additional charge is likely. If this is applicable, you can discuss this with your Account Manager.

    You may be liable for business rates depending on the rateable value of your space and the size of your business.

  • Do you have any resources for first time retailers to understand the market?

It can take anytime between 2 weeks to 8 weeks to secure your booking for Rock Up and Pop Up
