Job Description
- Sell experiential spaces of all forms, space, Inline units, studios or whatever the creative brief requires
- Initiate sales via sales channels included but not limited to, telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Define clients’ needs and fulfil them by offering solutions to their requirements
- Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve and over-achieve on personal KPIs and sales targets
- Understand client requirements at both a strategic and a tactical level to be able to offer the best business solutions
- Ensure the delivery of pitch presentations to senior clients

- Previous sales experience required, preferably B2B

Rail Venues Manager – Retail
Based: London/From Home – with some travel
To Start: ASAP
Salary Expectations: DOE

Job Description
- Work with the Head of Rail and Sales teams to deliver the station by station strategies for Retail
- Leading on Network Rail Retail Pop Up units – ensuring all marketing, sales material are up to date, putting in processes to ensure smooth booking applications
- Leading Rail Ops call – ensuring the retail team are up to speed on all opportunities available and ensuring gaps are filled
- Leading on all other Train Operating Company retail opps, ensuring targets are met
- Developing excellent relationships with all appropriate staff at both portfolio and station level
- Developing a deep understanding of the Health and Safety, paperwork and logistical requirements of each station and provide a basic guide for internal colleagues.
- Supporting the Head of Rail in liaising with marketing, agencies and photographers to build case studies, presentations, site maps and guides
- Developing new opportunities for the sales team (sectors / spaces)
- Visiting stations to build knowledge and identify new/different opportunities
- Completing site visits for all London retail opportunities, including units
- Completing presentations as required
- Liaising with stations and clients to provide feedback on their experiences and implementing improvements where appropriate
- Supporting the Head of Rail in monitoring station and portfolio performance against agreed targets highlighting variances both positive and negative on a monthly basis
- Developing strong relationships and proactively managing the relationship with Network Rail & other Train Operating Companies
- Managing booking approvals for all Rail Retail bookings and ensuring they are within a timely manner
- Liaising with S&P Ops team for any retail Kiosk installs
Person Specification
- Previous venue or retail experience preferred
- Media experience not required although advantageous
- Personality with professionalism
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel regionally
- Ability to learn and work within defined parameters
