Nancy Cullen
Chief Executive Officer
A Business Graduate with French and Marketing, Nancy started out as a Graduate Trainee with BP and worked for BAA. She left to be Marketing Manager for Intercity and the Marketing Manager for Eurostar, then spent 7 years as Marketing Manager at Brent Cross in North London – responsible for the development of commercial strategy and first steps in commercialisation as well as all Marketing Activity. Nancy won several awards including Jean Louis Salal Award for Marketing at ICSC for Brent Cross relaunch campaign and BCSC awards for PR and marketing activities.
George Watt
Non Executive Chairman
George is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland. He is an experienced non executive director having served on several company and charity boards and until April 2019 was the CFO of STV Group plc, a post he held for nearly 20 years. Prior to this he worked for KPMG in their audit and assurance services practice in both the UK and US. He is also a trustee of the Beatson Cancer Charity.
Gregor Dunlay
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Gregor joined SpaceandPeople in September 2010 having spent three years with Industrious Asset Management Limited as Finance Director. Prior to this Gregor spent almost ten years with DAKS Simpson plc where he had various roles including Head of Finance and General Manager. Gregor has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from The University of Glasgow and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Gregor additionally has responsibility for shaping and implementing the HSEQ strategy for the Group. This role includes providing assurance to the Board and clients that HSEQ risk is managed effectively. Responsibilities include the development and delivery of the health, safety and environment strategy plan, implementing information management systems, driving a positive safety culture across the business, monitoring performance and driving continual performance improvement.
Andrew Keiller
Chief Operating Officer
After starting his career in Higher Education Andrew worked in conferencing including spells in Toronto and Florida and managing teams in London, Montreal, New York and Singapore. Andrew has been working in the commercialisation sector since 2004, and has held Sales Director, Venues Director and Client Service Director roles. Within SpaceandPeople Andrew has responsibility for managing and developing our presence in the transport sector and working with our key promotional, experiential and retail clients. Andrew has a BA (Hons) in Combined Arts (Politics, Education and Contemporary Asian Studies) from De Montfort University.
John Scott
Non Executive Director
John is an accomplished and respected global retail leader who has over 25 years of retail and consumer services experience. Known primarily as a global partnership builder, he has worked with brands to leverage and strengthen their home and international operations and capitalise on new growth markets, channels and models. He led the global development of Debenhams, opening in more than 30 markets, and was International Director of TM Lewin. He is also a strong industry advocate, and has advised many significant retail bodies, including ICSC, Mapic and the Retail Trust. In June 2020, he founded and is CEO of Liminal Retail Limited, a consultancy and advisory practice working with brans, retail operators and landlords, across the UK and globally, to maximise the opportunities delivered by the current fluid and transitional time within the retail industry. John is also a Senior Industry Advisor within Tessiant, a management consultancy company focusing on retail strategy and transformation.
Michael Brown
Non Executive Director
Michael has over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, launching and leading two marketing services agencies specialising in events, sports and entertainment marketing. Michael’s previous business, MKTG, is a sponsorship and experiential marketing agency that operates as an extension of the Out of Home advertising space using live experience to create compelling content for wider media campaigns. He is currently founder and CEO of Asociat, a community partnerships agency which helps brands create valuable partnerships with the communities they serve and he has recently founded Home Kitchen, a not-for-profit restaurant launching in 2023, that will recruit and train homeless people for a career in hospitality.
