The Yorkshire Market’s aim is to celebrate local businesses and show off the fabulous skills of some of the best Yorkshire Makers. SpaceandPeople require potential vendors to complete our Register of Interest form here and we will confirm back to you if you have a place at the market. We expect the market to be booked up quicky so early application is highly encouraged. Once your place has been confirmed, we will require you to send through your PLI and risk assessments.
Locations & Promotion
The Yorkshire Market will be advertised across social media channels and at the entrances to White Rose Shopping Centre.
Stalls are located throughout the shopping centre malls and central atrium space. We cannot guarantee a location to a vendor. We ask all vendors to trade the set times for the day as the shopping centre gets very busy and we want to minimise disruption.
Requirements, Set-Up & Pricing for 2025
White Rose Shopping Centre will provide tables with black tablecloths for each vendor. Vendors are not to bring any additional tables or fixtures. Only tables provided by the shopping centre are to be used. The dimensions of the tables that will be used are 6ft x 3ft. If you require a chair, please bring your own. If you require power, please let us know.
Vendors can begin setting up from 7am. If trading on a Saturday, all tables must in place by 9am latest and then you are able to stock your stalls ready for starting at 10am. If trading on a Sunday (when the centre opens at 11am) all tables must be in place by 10am latest and then you able to stock your stalls ready for starting at 11am.
Vendors can begin to pack up their stock at 5pm. If you have asked for the centre to supply you a table, please leave this in situ and centre staff will remove it for you.
We plan for each vendor to have one table only. If you require to bring more than one table, please contact us to discuss as we need to consider spacing and layouts. 1 table is charged at £40 per day. It you require 2 tables for your set-up, the additional table will cost an extra £40 per day.
