BACKGROUND TO BATCH’D AT LEEDS STATION

Batch’d is built off one very simple premise; find, provide a platform and promote the brands of artisan suppliers throughout the country. Handpicking the best small scale bakeries allows the company to combine bakeries who specialise in different products, subsequently enabling them to offer an incomparable range to what is currently out there. This model also helps smaller more artisan businesses to be given the opportunity to be able to showcase their product at high footfall locations such as Leeds Train Station.

PRODUCT RANGE

Batch’d is proud to have a range which includes brownies, donuts, cookie-based products, fudge, pastries and pies. Their business model allows them to constantly adapt and evolve which bakeries they work with, meaning they are able to hand-pick the best bakeries for the occasion in question.

FUTURE PLANS

The company plan to grow the number of high footfall locations they are operating in this year. They are also looking to attend summer and winter markets as well as festivals

RESULTS
