Generally £5m public liability insurance is required, however certain venues or events may require £10m. We require a risk assessment, method statement, proof of insurance, photographic ID, proof of address and right to work in the UK evidence (passport/visa). The average cost of public liability insurance is £118 a year, or £14.30 a month for a small business.
Power usage is generally included in the rent, however excessive requirements may result in an additional charge.

Business rates have been suspended by the UK government at least until 31st March 2021, you may be liable for business rates after this date depending on the rateable value of your space and the size of your business
